GTA V / FiveM roleplay has grown past crime scenes and street chases into full civic simulations, and a functioning school system with in-character discipline is one of the clearest signs a scene is being taken seriously.
The video works because of what it implies: somebody runs that schoolhouse, somebody keeps attendance, and somebody decided the student broke the rules badly enough to be suspended.
